SAVE $200: Amazon has a Renewed Premium Apple iPhone 12 Pro (128GB) on sale for $799 as of April 12. New ones retail for $999, so this works out to a 20% savings.
Going the refurbished iPhone route can save you quite a bit of cash, but it can often mean settling for an older model that doesn’t have all the features you want.
Enter: the Renewed Premium iPhone 12 Pro that just went up for sale on Amazon. Certified by the site to work and look good as new (with at least 90% battery life, a one-year warranty, and tech support), it’s only a year and a half into its lifespan and still gets iOS updates from Apple. Better yet, it’s priced at only $799 — that shaves 20% off its MSRP for a $200 savings. (Ignore Amazon’s list price; new ones retail for $999.)

For even more of a bargain, consider trading in your existing phone as part of your purchase. Amazon will give you up to $570 back (via Amazon.com Gift Card) when you fork over another device by Apple, Google, Samsung, LG, or Motorola.
Released in October 2020, the iPhone 12 Pro boasts 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display, a powerful A14 Bionic chip, a pro-grade camera system, a LiDAR scanner for capturing and editing 3D content, and 5G support. This particular configuration is a pacific blue model with 128GB of storage and iOS 12 (i.e., you’ll have to update it to iOS 15 once it arrives).
It’s a great phone all around, if a little unremarkable compared to its recent predecessors, said Mashable tech reporter Brenda Stoylar. (You can read her review here.) But if you’re upgrading to it from a much older device, you really can’t go wrong.
